Minimize the data footprint to near zero
The most private file is the one that no longer exists. The API is designed so that a piece of sensitive footage can live in our systems for only as long as it takes to enhance it and hand it back. Submit, retrieve the result, and delete — and on the Secure tier, keep the signed certificate as your record that it's gone.

No. Videos are processed automatically in isolated jobs and are not browsed or reviewed by staff as part of normal operation. There is no internal gallery of customer footage.
Only the original and enhanced files needed to deliver your result, stored until they auto-delete (default 30 days) or until you delete the job. No additional copies are retained.
Yes. On the Secure tier, deleting a job returns a signed deletion certificate, and an audit log records every action taken on your data.
